- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or extraction of system resources or data.
- Interfering with or disrupting system operations.
- Introducing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.
- Using the system for personal gain or non-government purposes.
- Sharing access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Downloading, copying, or transmitting government data to unauthorized systems or locations.
- Uploading data beyond the agreed-upon data fields.
- Using third-party technologies to bypass or potentially compromise system security controls.
4. MONITORING AND AUDITING
YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY when using this system.
Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized officials of the Federal Government and its contractors.
By using this system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, inspection, and disclosure at the discretion of personnel authorized by CMS.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report security incidents to designated contact personnel immediately.
- Comply with all system-specific rules of behavior and security procedures.
- Maintain current security clearances and or background checks as required.
- Ensure all third-party data and information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Maintain all required permissions and consents for using, transferring, or processing that data.
- Collect and share data in accordance with applicable laws, including 42 CFR 431 Subpart F.

8. SYSTEM OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS
- This system is the property of the U.S. Government or its contractors.
- Users have no ownership rights to any data, files, or communications created or stored on this system.
- The government reserves the right to access, review, copy, or remove any data stored on this system at any time.
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES
THIS SYSTEM IS PROVIDED AS IS, AND NEITHER CMS NOR ITS CONTRACTORS MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING IT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER CMS NOR ITS CONTRACTORS WARRANT THAT THIS WEBSITE WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, FREE FROM VIRUSES OR MALICIOUS CODE, OR WILL MEET ANY PARTICULAR CRITERIA OF PERFORMANCE OR QUALITY.
